BOARD OF MENTORS

EYEC-Your Corporate NGO was formed under the guidance of 15 dynamic personalities from different backgrounds & rich experience to give the right mentoring. Without their expert comments & 360 degree support, EYEC would not have existed & progressed in leaps & bounds. They are the basic pillars on which the structure of EYEC stands. Their philosophies & ideas are running in the veins of our organization & this is the reason why we differentiate ourself from other institutes. Brief description about them :

	Ms. Gabriele Foissner : With more than 20 years of professional experience, she is the VP-Chamber of Commerce, Styria & Managing Director of GF Consulting, Austria. Born in Vienna, Austria she migrated to Belgium in 1979 where she obtained a BA (Honours) in Arts and a Professional certificate in Management from the Open University as well as a Diploma in fine Arts and Painting from the Arts Academy in Braine l’Alleud, Belgium. Upon returning to Austria in 1995, next to establishing her own company, she has written several articles on Leadership, which were published in major Austrian newspapers. She mentors various organizations & individuals & personally feels about ‘giving back’ to the society of which she is a part.
	Dr. H. Chaturvedi : Currently the Director of BIMTECH, he wears many cap while being in the 'Board of Governors' of many reputed institutes. Former Director of AICTE, he strongly feels for the cause. While he himself follows the philosophy of helping the under privilege & empowering them to come to the same level, he preaches the same in BIMTECH & inculcates those ideas among the students. Since his specializations are in Rural & Social marketing, his published papers & books have the essence of ‘inclusive growth’ & reflection of his thought process.
	Mr. Amir Ullah Khan : He is the Director Research & Dean in Bangalore Management Academy. He also heads the India Research Foundation apart from teaching at ISB, Hyderabad & IIFT. He has worked on various research projects for the European Commission, National Council for Applied Economic Research, Planning Commission, Confederation of Indian Industry and the World Bank and has written on Economics and policy issues. He is also an author & critic. Having gained experience from academia & corporate, he now helps individuals/students to be a better person & has personally influenced hundreds of live of management students alone.
	Mr. Alok Gupta : A first generation serial entrepreneur Alok leveraged the power of networking and e-business technologies as critical business enablers when he Co-founded and led Samtech InfoNet Limited, a leading Systems Integration and e-Governance Solutions Company. With over 20 years of rich and varied experience of M&A, Business Operations, Strategic Account & Alliance Management in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry Alok Co-founded Pyramid Cyber Security & Forensic (P) Ltd. a niche company in the area of Cyber Forensics to provide digital investigation, e-discovery & Cyber Forensic solutions to address growing threats cyber crime. He mentors students/entrepreneurs & gives guidance to us to be a better organization.

	Dr. Ana Azevedo: She is the professor in FH Joanneum University of Applied Sciences & has written lot of research paper on Strategy. Associated with lot of SME’s, she provides consultancy to companies in USA, Brazil & Europe. Having taken experience from different parts of the world, she loves to share her experience of management with her students. Her vast pool of knowledge clubbed with her experience gives the best mentoring to EYEC. Her gregarious nature & love for human beings irrespective of their origin attracts respect from all cadre of society.
	Lt. Gen N. S. Malik : Served as Deputy Chief of Army Staff while playing a major role in development of Arjun tank. Currently, President for RLSS. A big socialite, he feels happy helping the society in anyway possible. He has mentored EYEC right from the conceptualization stage & given every possible support to us. His amicable nature & love for humanity attracts lot of respect & applause. His work in RLSS is commendable as he always work towards saving a life.
	Mr. Wolfgang Bergthaler : He is an Austrian entrepreneur and independent business & marketing consultant for European companies to enter the Indian market. He did his Masters in 'Information Management' (with specialisation in IT, business management & organisation) and completed his diploma thesis on ‘conception of business plans’ in 2005. Wolfgang got work experience in India, China, Austria and Germany. Since 2004 he is working & doing business in/with India in various industries. Inspired by Prof. Yunus and C K Prahalad, his passion lies in the field of social entrepreneurship, where he support various initiatives all over India. Though young in age, he has got the entrepreneurial spirit and good experience in management of cross-cultural business relations.
	Mr. R J Masilamani: CEO with over 30 years experience spanning the fertilizer, automobile, food and consumer electronics industry. Represented the Fertilizer Industry as Director General in a critical phase of reform and restructuring. Was the Former Managing Director of Timex Watches. Have experienced a variety of business situations including working with the market leader in a mature industry, startups in green-field industries and managing complex joint venture startup, and ownership transitions. Joined the Tata Administrative Service-the elite cadre of the Tata group of companies- in 1970, performed in core Companies including Telco, and Voltas, and in two Tata Group joint ventures which featured PepsiCo & Timex of the U.S.
	Mr. Daman Dev Sood : With over 24 years’ experience in IT Industry, Daman is Head – Business Continuity Management (UK, India) with Steria. He is additionally India Representative in the Steria Group Green Committee and heads Sterai’s Green Activities in India. As India Crisis Manager, he is also part of Steria Group Crisis Management Committee. Daman’s career covers the whole life span of IT Industry. He has rich experience in Business Continuity Management, Business Excellence and Consulting (Quality/ Process/ Malcolm Baldrige).His two obsessions are “Giving back to society” through free coaching classes, tree plantations, blood donations etc & also “Interaction with students”, by means of IEEE activities. /p>
	Ms. Rekha Shankar : She is a member of the Executive Committe of Dastkari Haat Samiti, has a background in Commercial Art, Illustration, Design and Home Economics and has been working in the voluntary sector for over three decades. She has been a Consultant to an Inter-Regional United Nations Volunteer Programme for Artisan Support and to the World Wild Fund for Nature , India. She was the Coordinator of the Army Wives Welfare Organization during the Kargil war and a Director of The India Sponsor Foundation where she led a team to train women from marginalized sections as commercial drivers in Delhi. She joined the Dastkari Haat Samiti over ten years ago and has researched and documented many of its maps on the crafts and textiles of the different states of India.

Dr. Puja Kapoor : A doctor by profession & socialite by heart. Being a paediatrics, she has always being close to kids & specially the under privilege people. Her continuous support & mentoring for EYEC gave an impetus to our efforts & determination. Though placed in Mumbai, she keeps track of what is happening in EYEC's arena. Apart from her family commitments & professional obligations, she provides full support to our organization. She is an avid reader & updates herself with the current medical procedures regularly. Believing in the same philosophies she readily accepted to guide the organization with her expertise.
